"Project Endless Challenge"
Of the MOTA! I hope to get a couple more of the engine sitting in the bay with the trans bolted to it. Gotta have it in there so I can get my measurements off of the tail shaft for pinion angle. Stay tuned for some more shots of the MOTA! and the rear suspension getting welded in.

low 11s on horsepower isnt slow. you might need to not have all that power so you can tune your suspension. if you wanna get the heads ported and cheap, let me know, my buddy has been porting heads for 30somthing years. i have seen him use a stock set of chevy heads make a mustang run 6.18!

I thought I remembered him saying 440 crank in a .30 over 400 block, which makes the 451 very popular. It's a shame that mopar didn't make it from the factory. It's just such a nice combo.

For those who are interested, it's a 500 incher.
![]() Got a little more done this evening. Also found some room for improvement. This thing has got one nasty ass stance! I see some room for the motor to go back about 3 inches, don't you? .............the only problem is this.....steering shaft's got to go somewhere. As soon as I get my headers, I'm going to start trying to move the motor back. Until then, I'll just concentrate my efforts on finishing the rear shock crossmember. I'm pretty much dead in the water until the headers get here.....got to have that motor and tranny where I want it before I go welding brackets to the rear end. Quote:

TTT folks. Got my new headers this evening......
They're made by TTI, 2 inch primaries, 3.5 inch collectors. I decided to go chrome this time. I figure if I'm gonna have to clean something, it might as well shine!
