Car Window tint Asheville area?

Wondering if anybody has any recommendations on a window tinter around this area?

Solar Guard in Maggie Valley is very good.. A little ways from Asheville tho

There is a guy named Richard in Swannanoa. Rakedtrain and Flex use him regularly. I don't have his number, but Im sure one of them will chime in here soon. I have never seen a better tint job.

Yeah richard is the best in town and his prices beat all. He can be hard to get ahold of but hes worth it. Dont use best reflections. That kid is absolutely awful and high as fawk.

I think Richard uses lumar. He's done 20-30 cars for me and will continue to get my business. He does good work and is priced good. It's hard to catch him during the day. Best after 3-4pm I think

I got him on the phone, he does use LLumar which is very good, but he uses their basic dyed tint. I think I would rather go with their ATR series which is a dyed/metallized tint. I got to call him back and see if he can order that or not.

Hope he can for you, because Ive seen the tint companies go in and out of the BMW dealership in Asheville and not one of them is as good or takes pride in it like he does. He is going to redo my Z06 and truck, and will be tinting my mothers Grandsport. Id rather have the basic stuff than the ATR done by someone else.

Man whatever he uses works great and he is the best around here period. Ive had him tint everything ive ever had and no problems at all.

I dont see how the guy makes any money if he does'nt answer his phone or return calls.. Makes a potential customer wonder how customer service is going to be...

The only other person I would use is Russell Dula....he has Dula's automotive alterations on Patton ave. Dude is extremely good at what he does but will be prob $100.00 more than Richard. He is the biggest perfectionist I've seen. It is annoying to get ahold of Richard sometimes IMO.

I know man, hes a pain to get ahold of sometimes. Mainly cause he has so much to do he cant keep up. You can try dula as well. Hes good just High on price.

Well I just left Richard my 3rd and last voicemail over the span of about 10 days.. I wouldn't even give most people that much credit but you guys think highly of him so we will see... I did stop by Dula's and got a quote. He is actually using better tint ( Suntek metalized vs dyed) and only charging about $50 more than Richard who is using purely dyed base level lumar.
