Supercharged 1997 S10 SS
Bought this back in March to be my DD. It didn't run and needed a lot of work. Drove it up until it died 3 weeks ago. Hoped it was only the intake gaskets but it ended up being worse. Replaced the gaskets and it started knocking and locked up. I am taking the road less traveled and not doing an LS swap. I am going to build up the 4.3 with ARP hardware, H beam rods, and balancing the rotating asm. The heads are going to be cleaned up a little with a mild port job since it is going to be driven daily and a custom grind cam after the heads are done. The truck already has JBA headers and an CAI. The truck made good numbers being it had 210k miles on it. The supercharger is a Powerdyne non-intercooled unit that I plan on intercooling down the road.
First things was to drop the mirrors, taillights, clear corners, tailgate, and some air shocks on the rear.
Found the floor cracked after removing the carpet to pressure wash it Got it welded up.

Installed a Pioneer Navigation unit I got from a board member a few years ago.
