I kinda like the building and working on process more than the racing or driving part...

I want to hit the track just wish it was closer or my car was an automatic, hard to drink coffee and shift gears

I get it. The build is the most fun part of these projects. My Mach1 has a fresh engine, makes 800rwhp, has a 6 speed manual, and is sitting on a set of 295 hoosier radials. It's just begging to go to the track as I've never raced that car. But for whatever reason, I just don't have the desire to take it. It really needs a 1/4 mile track to shine, so maybe soon I can sneak off to Fayetteville and get a pass or 2 in. For the time being, I drive the car about once a month to work on Saturdays. |

I hate working on my stuff. I'd rather be driving it.

Or you can lose all interest and sell them. Then buy another one and watch it sit lake the last two.

being able to drive is growing on me. I look at projects online then think about how much it will cost to get it right and totally lose interest in a new project.

Essentially what has happened to me is the lack of funding and TIME - with time being a real big issue the past couple of years. I don't really have the time to invest in the car at this point- especially now that I've been riding the dirtbike just about every weekend again. I figure I need to enjoy that while I'm able. One day, my body won't allow me to do that, THEN I can concentrate on the car. BUT - if the car was running right now, I'd drive the hell out of it!
