Majestic Motorsports opened its doors on Piney Green Road in November of 2007. While at this location, we housed 8 employees in an 11,000 sq. ft. facility. In 2010, we were operating at maximum capacity, and knew it was time for expansion. For several months, we searched for a location that suited our needs. Unable to find a pre-existing facility large enough to meet the demands of our growing business, we chose to purchase land and build. Today we operate out of a 22,500 sq. ft. facility; located at 1041 Freedom Way, Hubert, North Carolina. The new facility houses a Paint Perfect down draft heated booth, 15 open bays, 10 lifts, 2 dynameters, and a 3,700 sq. ft. showroom. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add hardworking, motivated employees to our staff. The positions listed below are full-time positions. Employees are eligible for dental and medical benefits after a 90 day probationary period.

Automotive Paint & Body Technicians employed by Majestic Motorsports must possess the following qualifications:
§ 2 or more years’ experience in the automotive paint industry
§ Be able to perform repair work on vehicle bodies (e.g. replacing front-end components, body components, doors, frame under body components; hammering out dents, buckles, and other defects using blocks and hammers; filing, grinding, and sanding repaired body surfaces, welding replacement parts in place) for the purpose of maintaining the appearance and safe operation of the vehicles.
§ Demonstrate ability to prepare vehicle body surfaces to receive primer and paint
§ Prepare paint by blending and mixing for the purpose of matching colors for application to vehicle bodies
§ Operate a variety of hand and power tools (to include mig and tig welders) for the purpose of completing repair work in a safe and efficient manner.
§ Operate paint spraying or bathing machines to paint and refinish surfaces of automobiles
§ Prepare written documentation of repairs for the purpose of conveying information to the sales staff
§ Must possess basic computer skills
§ Be able to manage time effectively, be organized, and consistently meet deadlines
§ Display solid problem solving skills
§ Fabrication skills are a must. Customization is a large part of our market
§ Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
§ I-CAR certification is a plus, but not necessary to apply for the job
Automotive Performance Technicians employed by Majestic Motorsports must possess the following qualifications:
§ 2 or more years’ experience in the automotive industry
§ Be able to manage time effectively, be organized, and consistently meet deadlines
§ Display solid problem solving skills
§ Must possess basic computer skills
§ Operate a variety of hand and power tools (to include mig and tig welders) for the purpose of completing repair work in a safe and efficient manner.
§ Fabrication skills are a must. Customization is a large part of our market
§ Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
§ Experience with aftermarket installation (e.g. turbo kits, superchargers, etc.)
§ Must be able to work with electronic diagnostic equipment and digital manuals and reference materials
§ Be able to determine causes of operating errors and decide what course of action needs to be taken to perform the repair
§ Be able to service, repair, calibrate, regulate, fine-tune, or test vehicle components that operate primarily on the basis of electrical or electronic (not mechanical) principles
§ Maintain professional-to include being respectful, genuine, and helpful
§ ASE certification is a plus, but not required if you have extensive automotive repair experience
Automotive Performance Specialists provide a connection between our customers and the business. They ensure customers’ needs are being fulfilled. Team members develop relationships with our customers through successful management of our products and service deliver. Their duties include assisting customers with identifying product selection, scheduling technicians to install products or make repairs to customer vehicles, and keeping the customer informed of the status of their vehicle. Automotive Performance Specialists must possess the following qualifications:
§ Be able to assist customers in their purchasing decision by conveying to them a strong knowledge of our products and research based statistics to help them make an educated decision
§ Convey excitement to customers; whether over the phone or in the store
§ Keep the customer up-to-date during the installation process
§ Be able to develop a cost estimate (to include documenting in the system what parts are needed, how much time should be allocated to make the repair and schedules the appropriate technician for the job based on the customer and repair needs)
§ Knowledge of data based systems and able to manipulate data with ease
§ Must possess effective time management skills, organizational skills, and be able to meet deadlines (to include consistently updating customer notes in the system)
§ Willing to be a team player and have a positive attitude at all times
§ Be able to meet weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals

Marketing Director is responsible for the overall management of the marketing department. The candidate chosen for this position must possess the following qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
§ Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, market research, product packaging, and Microsoft software suite of products
§ Strong, effective communication skills
§ Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record
§ Research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights
§ Ensure effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, print communication, and advertising
§ Manage media and marketing staff and external PR agencies
§ Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts
§ Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers and customer-focused product development and outreach
§ Effective time management, organization, and leadership skills
§ Able to develop a comprehensive marketing plan
§ Demonstrate ability to increase sales
§ Experience working directly with the sales team in a flexible, employee empowering work environment
§ Automotive industry experience is a plus
