THINK i FIGURED IT OUT USING "TUNER CATS" PROGRAM
ADD or Pull Timing 1. Tables a. Main Spark Advance vs. RPM vs MAP ( 800-4,000 RPM ) b. Extended Main Spark Advance vs. RPM vs MAP ( 4,000-7,000 RPM ) Use + or – to add or remove ( changes in .5 degree increments ) ADD or Pull Fuel 1. Tables a. MAF Sensor Calibration table 1 (1,500-3,999 RPM) b. MAF Sensor Calibration table 2 (4,000-6,599 RPM) c. MAF Sensor Calibration table 3 (6,600-9,000 RPM) Use + or – to add or remove ( changes in .1 gm/sec increments ) Example: If target is 11.3:1 AFR and current is 12.5:1 AFR ADD .11% If block says 94 gm/sec change to 104.4 gm/sec (change percentage across 4 blocks minimum to keep smooth curve )

data logged from 30 mph 2nd gear pulled to 6,500 let off. On the hit 11.3:1 AFR it was good to about 4,500 rpm then rose to 12:1 and steadilly rose to 13:1 @ 6,500 gonna try and add fuel from 4,500 to 7,000 and see if I can get it right

Plenty of fuel pressure but at 6k it goes over 12:1. I can drive and enjoy just can’t shift over 6k. It will still rev to over 7k in a heartbeat but way too lean.

What's the injector duty cycle? If it's really high - you may need larger injectors.

I believe the injector pulse width is what you're looking for. Looks like it is stating the number for the right side and left side. I'm not sure what the units are for that number, but if it it is a percentage, then it would be 34.99 and 36.07%, which to me would seem like you have plenty more left in those injectors. However, that being said, it would be worth investigating what units those numbers are in so you can get a clearer picture of what's going on. If it's in ms (milliseconds) it could mean something totally different.

What are you using to tell your AFR? Separate WB I'm assuming?

I haven't messed with Tunercats in years too! Think I still have an odb1 cable I'd made from back then as well. I used to scan with Datamaster, liked it's formatting better.
You can convert your pulsewidth to injector duty cycle using the formula below: (Pulsewidth * RPM) / 1200 = % Duty Cycle Assuming your pics are from the same data point this is what you get: (Pulsewidth * RPM) / 1200 = % Duty Cycle (34.99*5886)/1200=171.6% (36.07*5886)/1200=176.9% If that math is right, are you running the stock injectors on that thing?? I usually look @ the MAF g/s reading to give me a swag on the rwhp, yours is reading 468, if it's reading right, not bad. Think you'd be ok with 40-50lbhr injectors.
