1969 Chevelle SS 4 speed
Picked this up last weekend. Been wanting one for a long time. Car has its flaws and if I can can keep it out of the weather, it should hold up pretty good. It had a 396 but they removed it because of a spun bearing. Came with a partial build sheet. Interior is in good shape and just as green as the outside. Plans are now to keep the 4 speed and put a sbc in it and ride till I can get a BBC. [IMG][/IMG]

Decided to skip the SBC and go straight to a BBC. Picking up and 454 block and forged crank today.

Well, the motor has been dropped off at the machine shop. Ended up going with .060 454 ,AFR 290cc oval ports,SRP dome pistons, Eagle H beams and a Stock forged crank.

The car itself is ready to go. All it ever needed was a motor. There is a lot that I will need to upgrade suspension related.
