aftermarket mechanical 16 psi regulated down to 7 psi, its fairly consistent I can drive about 7 miles and then I lose fuel pressure it must be a blockage or crap in the tank? Ive bout 3 regulators, at least 4 fuel pumps replaced all but the factory hard line. So...... Tank, pickup and lines are going in the trash

Have you checked the fuel sock in the tank?

installed gas tank and all -8 lines WOW no other changes my pressure was at 6.5 and would drop to zero when I hit the gas I fired it up instantly 10.5 psi!!! I regulated it back to 6.5 and when I hit the gas rock solid 6.5 psi now, idles better starts better Kinda late though so I'll get on it tomorrow, may hit the track sunday in fayetteville

DANG DANG DANG DANG went for a ride and after about 10 min lost fuel pressure??? Is it even possible for a mechanical pump to loose pressure when its warm? It doesnt seem possible

How are you measuring fuel pressure? If it's with a liquid filled gauge, the gauge is getting hot and your pressure readings are erroneous.

OMG the new 600's carbs are amazing I have touched nothing no idle air screws no floats nothing and they run incredible.

My fuel pressure issue is gone elec pump fixed it
