My driveshaft is finally here. That was the final (big) piece of the puzzle. Also got my oil catch can. Its going to be awhile before I get out in the building to work on it but meanwhile I'm going to build a panel for my fuse block, ignition box, and progressive controller.

Today I had some free time at work so I made a panel out of some spare lexan I had left over, I mounted my ignition box and progressive controller to it and added some vibration isolators to the bottom. I plan to do something similar with the fuse box and relays. I also think I ordered the last of my AN fittings and hose to finish up the plumbing on this.

Thanks, I know just how fast it goes with my daughter.

Today I got started on my Relay/fuse panel. I did the same as the last post just used left over lexan. I added a few extra relays incase I need them down the road for anything else that might need a relay. The harness and fuse block I'm using is a used painless setup, after I got it mounted to the panel I started straightening it out and labeling which wire goes where. I'll most likely try to measure my wire lengths and build as much of this harness I can at work and take it home. The plan is to have this thing going by dads B-day in July. Hopefully it wont take that long but you never know.

Hopefully soon. After some wiring and plumbing if I can scrape together what's left of my money for some gas I hope to make a trip up and down the street.

No car updates yet, but I am going tomorrow to pick up a enclosed trailer for the car. Once I throw a tag on it I'll be able to haul it to work and knock some stuff out on the lift. Still hoping for it to be able to make some motor passes this year.

Went and picked up the trailer night before last from Moneypit. That's the last big piece of the puzzle. Now I believe I just picked up somethkng else I'll be addicted to throwing money at. It's bare inside so I plan to paint the walls and do the garage floor epoxy coating. After that I'll put some E-track up and build a cabinet in the V nose.

Went and picked up some paint for the trailer. Just painting the walls makes a world of difference for the light in there. Hopefully I'll pick up some E-track this week. I'm going to try to hang my front clip on the trailer wall like I have it on my garage but the height of it will be close.

The other day I got some e track thrown up in the front, I plan to do more it was all I could afford for the time being. Also till I can get my 110v setup in there I took down the standard rv light and added 2 LED lights just for loading/unloading when the generator is t being used.

Took the day off work today and used the new trailer to get the car up to the shop and get some stuff knocked out. I got the trans, converter and crossmember in, the fuel cell and battery box are mounted, shut off switch, made a bracket for the fuel pump and mounted it, installed the 1350 strange pinion flange, tightened all my rear suspension bolts, plumbed the rear brake lines and pads, made all the fuel supply lines from cell to pump to fuel log to carb, made the radiator hoses, installed headers, trimmed rear bumper on the inside for clearance, mounted the catch can, and attempted to bleed the brakes but It was time to shut the shop down and wasn't getting anything to the fronts but I'll mess with that later. Only bummer was the driveshaft I bought is about 3" short. I figured it was to short when I bought it but the price I oaid was worth it just to get the strange front yoke. Heres a few pics from today.

I think I'm finally back in the groove after losing motivation. The cooler weather and a nudge from friends had me cleaning the spider webs out of the garage last weekend. I haven't worked out of it since May. The only new progress on the car so far is the Lokar cable is now installed along with the shifter cable, I relocated the catch can to the firewall, rerouted the fuel line outside the strut tower, and ordered my driveshaft safety loop and a couple fittings I need to finish the canister setup. I'm hoping to get a good start on my gauge cluster I want to make tomorrow at work. After a couple odds and ends the only major thing left is wiring (which I despise). It didn't hit a track in 2015 but maybe it will beat the ground alittle and make some cruises up and down the street.

Got the instrument cluster finished today. I cut a sheet of aluminum to fit where the original cluster bolted to the dash. Then used some thin black plastic sheet to overlay after I cut my holes for the gauges. It's not letting me post pics right now I'll try later.

Friday night I got out to the garage long enough to finish the hoses from the valve covers to the catch can. I eventually want to do a vacuum pump but Im out of money so maybe next year.

Been a hot minute since I’ve posted or been on here. Started trying to open my own business late 2015 and got the ball rolling early 16’. Then we had another boy May that year. Sold the Windsor and got a coyote, now I’m ditching the coyote and going for alittle more serious Windsor setup. Hope to start making alittle more headway with car this winter

89 GT Ford in a Ford

Here’s a pic of the new 351W based motor I picked up recently. Stock filled block, 410ci, etc. Just got the Team Z motor and mid plates in now once I get it set in the car we can get the tabs welded and start the electrical work.

Just got my chute and chute mount last week along with my push bar and tabs to rig it up to the 4 wheeler. Starting to look fast. Hopefully pulling the rear end soon to take it to be narrowed so I can drop it down in the back.
