100 octane Western, NC??

Anybody know where you can get pump 100 octane around western NC area? Looking for maybe somewhere around Asheville area if possible.

My uncle would buy it for his cobra somewhere on airport rd. I will see if I can't find out from him where exactly.

It's a gas station on Airport road, I think it's even a Sunoco.

Anyway, they won't let you go straight into a tank, it's gotta go into a container.

When you get off the airport road exit (going towards hendersonville) take a LEFT and go towards hendersonville road/sweeten creek.

You'll go over the interstate, pass McDonalds and right next to McDonalds there's an Arby's/Gas staion in one. it's not that station, but the one right past it, that's got the car wash you drive through in the same parking lot.

it's got like 10+ pumps, and the high octane is the furthest away from the store.

I haven't been by there in about 2 years.

Google maps shows it, the arby's/gas station is a Shell, the one that sells it that's just past it doesn't have a name on it. The name of the road is

Brian Blvd in Arden. Just on the corner of Airport road/Brian BLVD

Its the Kounty Line station. Right across the rode from Chillis and right beside Arbys. maybe a half mile from I26, But if I remember right its 110. And you have to have a seperate container. Airport exit.

This is where my uncle said he got it. It is 110, not 100 like OP requested.

Cool, thanks for the info, i'll go check it out. 110 would work as long as its lead free.. I plan on mixing it with 93 anyways. Anybody know how much 110 usually goes for these days?

I have fueled up at a station at the corner of I-85 and 321 that is just south of Hickory area, they have 100 at the pump, last time I was there I want to say it was 6$ a gallon.

I would have to double check, but the 110 on airport rd is leaded. Or was the last time I actually pumped it. Thats been a few years ago

Gas station in hickory right off 40 exit 126 used to have 100 unleaded right at the pump, havent checked in a while though.

if you are still looking for 100 octane unleaded try Asheville Speed in Arden. If I am not mistaken they keep it in stock.

Most small airports carry 100LL (low lead) Avgas. I saw it at Lumberton Airport last week for $4.73 per gallon.

almost all sunoco stations in western NC have 100 at the pump, some in/around concord area have 110 at the pump.
