VIR Charity Laps Friday, November 11th, 2022
![]() Pay just $25 for the opportunity to drive your own car on our 3.27 mile Full Course for 15 to 20 minutes. Have you ever dreamed of being a race car driver and speeding around the Uphill Esses and Oak Tree Turn? Here’s your chance! Join us Friday, November 11 as we host our Charity laps to benefit Victory Junction, a camp for children with complex medical conditions started by NASCAR’s Petty family. Don’t want to drive? Just take a hot lap with #46 Thad Moffit, Richard Petty’s grandson @$45 or regular hot lap @$25! All proceeds will go to Victory Junction, a nonprofit with the mission to enrich the lives of children with serious illnesses and chronic medical conditions by providing life-changing camping experiences that are exciting, fun, and empowering, in a safe and medically-sound environment, at no cost to the campers and their families. Victory Junction, located in Randleman, N.C., is built on 84 acres donated by racing royalty, Richard and Lynda Petty. In 2000, their son, Kyle Petty, a fixture on the NASCAR circuit for over 26 years, partnered with actor and race car driver Paul Newman to build Victory Junction and honor the memory of Adam Petty – Kyle’s son. Since Victory Junction opened in 2004, it has delivered over 105,000 camp experiences, all at no cost to kids or their families, to kids from all 50 states, Puerto Rico, D.C., and 4 countries. |

Rescheduled for December 9th.
I'm thinking of taking the '93 up there. Not sure how well it'll handle without a front sway bar. But I'll just bump up the Strange shocks a notch or two.

Just realized HPJ was working again, I had given up for a while. Charity laps were a blast I took my Cadillac ATS. There were all kinds of cars on the track. Ran two sessions best $50 I have spent in a while. Next one 11/10/23!
