Wiring experts?

Any wiring harness pros out there?

I'm only getting 2.6 volts on the communication wires (3 tan/1 tan with a black stripe) on my 6L90 Trans TCM.
It's stuck in limp mode (3rd gear) and throwing all kinds of trans DIC messages.

I have test hung a known good TCM and it does the same thing.

I traced and cleaned up all of the grounds that I could find.

I have the harness half way pulled out to check for damage, but can't seem to find anything.

Any suggestions or recommendations are welcome!!!

Thanks!

robertmee is actually making some sense.robertmee is actually making some sense.
There appears to be several points of connectors. Something is potentially drawing down the voltage, so I would start disconnecting things to see if the voltage returns.
