Thumbs up Thanks Again BHP... Track times added...

Just wanted to give credit to Dusty for the great service during my build. This guy was willing to work with me while being deployed and was more than helpful throughout my buildup. Build is now finished with great results thus far, besides the finishing tune and touch ups..

Just wanted to say thanks and let everyone know Blazing High Performance will always have my business and friendship as well the highest recommendations from me.

Should have some final numbers and track times posted soon.

Thanks gents.. Was going to head to the track tonight but weather was shitty around here.. Sounds like test and tune at the Nam on Friday if weather permits..

Austin - Thanks again for the help with the rear, she rolls great man. Allowed me to sleep knowing my original rear was jacked up verses the trans.. lol

Lol be prepared to wait if you order one.. It took me about 2 months to get it after I made the order.. The original expected wait was only 4-5 weeks..

It's a drag hood. No wipers used in racing, lol. It covers all that

I didn't get the extended version that deletes the wipers. So mine stops and allows factory functional wipers with no problems.

I think I saw vfn gives a lil discount or at least they use to if you were an ls1tech member.

They make the extended one for the LT1 that covers where the wipers and metal use to be if you removed it. It's a pin on hood.

Well made out to the track today...Firsts off here's the setup...

BHP 388LTX
Th350 / 3600 nitrous converter
10 bolt with 3.23 gear, LCA with relocation brackets, BMR torque arm, QA1 shocks and stock springs..
MT DR 275/60_15

Car felt good but is still spinning some and never hits third gear in the 1/8 mile..
First gear seems to be long as hell with the 3.23 gears..

So the best time leaving from a dead stop with no buildup was...

7.78 @ 90 with a 1.76 sixty...

So I know for sure I need a another good tunning session but, what do you guys think for only 3 passes on a brand new car and setup.. I know there is more in the car but I need some experts opinions and help now...lol.
