Not when your running .0's. Just think what the fast nitrous cars will run
Not to mention the turbo cars that show up with the gangster 80, it will go 4.90's with ease but I know most don't wanna spend $2500 for a turbo.

What allowed weight? I think its only 50lbs differance in the classes, thats worth nothing. Maybe .02 at the most.

Guess you need to update those heads or update to a max effort setup.

I think I got as good a chance as any with a 76mm but that's a mighty slim chance for all of us. Might just have to call jose and order the bigger badder gangster 80

we use to have a great car count in real street, but with all the bickering and rule changing in the past, most have lost there taste for it. i personally dont have a problem with it, just unwilling to put out more money for a different class when the one i was in is where i wanted to be. by the way i am not asking for anything, just sayin!!

That does suck! But I think the class is only hurting at certain times, like this month where there is a race every weekend! When a lot of races are offered, it over burdens the racers (at least me) to try yo make all the races! I have to pick and choose which ones I can make! I would love to make them all, but that is not possible.

There were about the same number of cars in both classes last time. The only difference is I have a committed sponsor for the year for street race and not for Real Street. We had 11 Real Street cars in the springs. I paid out 2500-3000 total for Real Street. I just can't justify doing that again and splitting the class up. I think the 76mm cars are pretty close. I may look at a 50lb deduction on that turbo POSSIBLY. If were were having 20-30 cars show up at every race sure it would be an easy decision to run this class but the reality of it is that with 4 cars showing up for 1000.00 to win at Shadyside when the track is on kill. I heard a lot of people say it was better than SGMP up there this weekend.

I just wish they would call it something other than True Street. Like "Very Nearly Street" or "Seriously, Almost Street" or "Practically Street."

I don't know if that is the most recent set or not????? I know those weights were right, but after GA and Terry went his .16, I think Blake added weight back to the 76mm turbo??

Yeah, at least two normal guys that run with TS are out (Sammy with the fogger and Jeremy with the Big Block).
