Bike recommendations

I know there are some serious bikers on here.

I had a CB750F in the early '80s. It was my first and only bike and I rode it for years until I bought an RX7 in '93 and needed the garage space. I'm thinking about a sport bike, maybe early 2000s around 800-1000 cc.

I'm kinda interested in big V-twins like maybe an older Ducati or Superhawk VTR1000F. I figure Hondas hold up well. Hell, my brother is still driving his 1986 Nighthawk 650. How about Ducatis?

I kinda like the V4 Aprilias too.

Ah yes! I had one with dual akrapovic pipes, the sound was HEAVEN ...hell just about any dual setup on those bikes sounds amazing!! Every time I hear one I feel the regret of selling it.
