1998 Camaro SS T56 rebuild and Tune

Heres a few pics from a 1998 Camaro we just finished up, came in idling at 1200 and no 6th gear to be found along with the normal abuse issues seen on a t56.

New 2nd

New 6th

New keys, synchros, bronze fork pads, seals and shift fork

Main shaft back in

5th, 6th and reverse going back in, buttoning back up for break in!

Ready for smooth quick shifting!!

After cleaning up the tune the car picked up a good amount of power and isn't dangerously lean at WOT anymore! Not to bad for 105K miles, LS6 intake, long-tubes with OR Y into Borla exhaust with an unknown mild cam.

If you've got problems or just want more power let us know!!!!

I appreciate the work you done on the SS. She runs like a champ. I'm still not sure what the 6th gear is supposed to be for. ha! Seriously though, you took my beater and made it great.
