Thanks to everyone who showed up! We did have a good turn out. By our count we had about 120 cars show up. We are going to move forward again with the event next month. Hopefully some of the children stay away then. They also got lucky being that most of the Fuquay police were working the "Run the Quay" race Saturday morning. Normally they are always up and down that stretch of 401.

The Fuquay C&C this past weekend was good. Love that its down the street from me. I don't care what weekend you do it because I hate driving out to the others that take place.

Huh? Tons of Mopars...My son counted over 20 Challengers and Chargers. Probably equaled the mustang turnout.

I stayed for a while. If you like Vipers and Jeeps, that was the place to be.

I couldn't believe how quickly it got hot and just stood in the shade shooting the shit with Ras. Kudos to Crossroads Ford for hosting the event and the free water. Much appreciated.

Turnout was good...probably more than last time, and yes the Vipers made a showing. Hope to see more varied rides as the turnout grows, but still appreciate all that come. And it did get hot fast.

The vipers and jeeps were kind of clustered near the garage. I thought it was a nice sized turn out with a nice variety of cars, we got there just after 930 and had to park in the weeds.

Is this event happening tomorrow? 2nd Saturday.....

EDIT: Nevermind, I see on their facebook it's cancelled. I get that July was hot, but tomorrow isn't going to be, and this being a new event, you need to build momentum and repeat visits...skipping a month could be a death knell.

And I see death is upon us. Too bad, it was 10 minutes from my house.

Is this C&C officially cancelled? I am not on FB so not sure if there was more information there.

I agree, this location was super convenient for me too.
