Yes plate only rules for street race, outlaw 275 no bars, no tube cars, and 28' slick or 275. John Sears x275 rules. I may make one change in street race depending on how everything plays out in georgia

I think you should try to get True street racers in with Street Race make it so that the True street guys can come over with reduced weight and be competitive with what they have.

I think the GA race will have every combo knocking on the 4 second door in ultimate!

I am not gonna change anything major. I was thinking -50-75 lbs on the 76mm. I am gonna look at a couple things before I make the final call. I will post up tomorrow.

U could look at it that way or you could say we all know what it needs because we actually run one
I honestly think it would take 150-200 to really be competitive if the heavy hitter nitrous sb cars show up but that will never happen so I saw no point mentioning it. 100lbs is worth maybe .04 @ most

I don't think it will take 150lbs. At most 100lbs and the real street cars were already lighter compared to the weights in ultra and ultimate anyway

Several legal nitrous cars and 80mm cars have been 5.02-5.04 on old mickeys and the 76 has been 5.15 on meltdown once with the pro tire. The 76 is 2 tenths behind the other combos if they are on the pro tire. 150lbs wouldn't even come close to making that up, much less 100lbs. 100lbs won't make up an 8mph differance. Look at x where ron rhodes has a 5-600lb differance and still can't make up the 8mph differance on the turbo cars . Just stating facts as I won't likely be racing anymore this year anyhow, if I do in this class I'll buy an 80mm even if you gave 150 off

5.04 to 5.16 is two tenths?

Must be more turbo union math or are you applying the mandatory turbo must have one tenth advantage rule?

I think 5.02 on the old mickey to 5.16 on the pro is at least 2 tenths. Throw in the turbo union comment to try and steer away from your lobbying for your own combo, clever

Btw, do you still not think the hi port is better after justin johnson went 139mph all weekend to your 137?

Never said they were not better just not going to waist money on them when I can run brodix T1R from Kuntz at only 75 pounds more than we raced at all weekend.

As far as my combo I'm happy with the rules just have to test more at 2950.

I guess so. Take out 200lbs and get unlimited jet against us at the same weight as true street

I think we get to weigh 3100 in street race versus 3150 in true street? Keep in mind 100lbs is worth .04 so 50lbs wouldn't even be worth sorting the suspension out to compensate for the change. Like I said already I'd buy an 80 before running a 76 even if it weighed 2900 if i was serious about winning. 150hp is worth more than the weight differance on a turbo car especially. They just don't change much with weight added or removed. That was proven at sgmp with the mid frame 88 cars.

Like I said I'm probably not racing anyhow, just stating facts. Some people don't like that. Just call me dentrigger lol

I actually put my torched head in my car tonight to take to get fixed. That's more than I've felt like doing for 3 months. We got the next 2 weekends off from go kart racing so I might patch it up in that time.
