I have 2 Weld 4 lug 15X8's with 5.5 BS, have 28X11.5 ET Street's with less than 1/2 tread left on them . Wheels have been drilled for screws. $250.00 OBO.Thanks.

Just curious, what does drilled for screws mean?

drilled for screws means, they have screws in the lip of the wheel so that the wheel cant turn inside the tire.
