Professor sues UNCW

I read the entire complaint last night, all 36 pages of it, and Dr. Adams has some really good points. He is MORE than qualified for Full Professor status in my opinion. After reading his points it seemed to me that the school is discriminating against him based on his religious and political views. I can't believe that such a great professor is still only an associate professor, especially after winning UNCW Faculty of the Year twice. It seems a little ironic to me that a professor could win Faculty of the Year two times and still not be at the level needed to be promoted to Full Professor.

yeah thats pretty lame they didnt promote him because of that,my roomie goes there and says their liberal as hell....

Reminds me of the best professor I ever had at state. They would not make him a full professor and he was teaching at other schools also so he quit.

I think what really set Dr. Adams off was when the Vice Chancellor called him about one of his articles. I posted it a little while back. Her comment that set him off was "I heard you were a born again Christian. This isn't very Christian like."

They just stepped in the wrong pile of shit. This man knows the law just as well, if not better than many lawyers in this state.
