I just got rid of my WS6 and got a Z06 but a few of my friends are still reppin' the f-body scene in Wilmington, XTINCT has an 02 WS6 like I had with full bolt-ons and cam, there are probably like 5-6 nice f-bodies I see regularly but thats about it. Much bigger scene in Raleigh and J-VILLE. You should come check us out on Tuesday nights at Costco when you get down...Im sure there is a few of us that are game in running you....what do you have done??

You should definitely consider it. Myself and Nufnuff are putting it on. This year is the second year. Sign up on the forums at www.fbodybeachweek.com (http://www.fbodybeachweek.com). There is a track day and a car show as well as a cruise in and other events! Tons of fun!

There are plenty of good restaurants, and the bar scene ont he beach during summer is awesome. Also masonboro island is the shit during the holidays, but its only accessible by boat. There is plenty of restaurants here although thats not reall my thing. Also wrightsvilel beach is one of the best beaches on the east coast for sure. It got rated a couple of years back by surfing magazine as one of the best surf towns in the world.

That's why I'm moving down there, so i can play in the water and enjoy the good weather during summer and ride a motorcycle almost everyday in the summer, and not have to deal with snow in the winter, but drive west for the weekend and go snowboarding up in the moutians.

Hi Trish

I'm in the Raleigh area but try to visit friends in Wilmington as much as possible. Wilmington is a great place to hang out in the summer, it's a very laid back atmosphere down there. Hopefully I'll have my Z28 back together to do some summer cruising this year.
